The Velerenne roadmap

What we're
building next

This isn't a vague marketing promise. Every item here maps directly to real code. When something ships, it moves to Done with the date and a brief note on what it means for you.

MK1 April 2026

Foundation

The core of everything — multi-tenant provisioning, checkout, payments, QR check-in, and drip email. The platform anyone can deploy and hand to a client on day one.

?

Multi-tenant database isolation

Each company gets its own fully isolated Bunny Database. No shared tables, no row-level filtering — a real wall between clients.

?

White-label checkout & ticketing site

Custom domain, brand colours, fonts, logo, and CSS per client. The checkout and ticket pages are branded as the organiser — not us.

?

Stripe & SumUp payments

Per-client payment account. Client connects their own Stripe or SumUp — payments go directly to them. We never touch their money.

?

QR code check-in

Unique per-ticket QR codes. Staff scan on any device using a browser — no app install required. Rotatable check-in tokens separate from admin credentials.

?

Drip email automation

Time-based email sequences tied to each event. Reusable templates, personalisation tokens, configurable offsets before or after event date.

?

Discount codes & promo tracking

Percentage or fixed amount codes, usage caps, expiry dates, per-event scope, and usage reporting.

?

Waitlist & ticket transfers

Automatic waitlist with email notification when capacity opens. Attendee-initiated ticket transfers with time-limited accept links.

?

Admin dashboard

Full event management, order management, attendee export, discount codes, drip campaigns, check-in stats, settings, and referral tracking.

?

Edge-native deployment

Single TypeScript bundle deployed on Bunny Edge Scripting. Requests handled at the nearest PoP globally. No cold starts.

MK2 April 2026

Growth & automation

CRM, customer segmentation, abandoned checkout recovery, event templates, and campaign tooling. The layer that turns one-off buyers into loyal attendees.

?

Customer CRM

Automatic customer profiles built from orders. Tags, notes, spend history, order count — all in one view per customer.

?

Audience segmentation

Filter customers by spend, order count, tags, and event attendance. Preview recipient count before sending anything.

?

Abandoned checkout recovery

Three-stage automated recovery sequence at 30 minutes, 4 hours, and 20 hours after abandonment. Per-order deduplication. Configurable send caps.

?

Campaign email blast

Send to any audience segment with dry-run preview. Subject, message, and full tenant branding applied automatically.

?

Event templates

Save any event and its ticket types as a reusable template. Spin up recurring events in seconds without reconfiguring from scratch.

MK3 April 2026

Reliability & operations

The hardening layer that makes the platform production-grade. Idempotent writes, retry queues, audit trails, and an operations dashboard so you always know what's happening.

?

Idempotent checkout & campaigns

Duplicate requests (double-taps, network retries) are safely deduplicated via idempotency keys — no double charges, no double sends.

?

Failed job retry queue

Any failed outbound email (campaign send, abandoned recovery) is captured in a retry queue. Retry individual jobs directly from the dashboard.

?

Audit trail

Every admin action — campaign sends, automation runs, job retries — is logged with actor, timestamp, and context. Queryable from the dashboard.

?

Operations & diagnostics dashboard

Live view of order states, failed job counts, automation status, and environment health checks. All in the Automation section of the admin panel.

MK4 April 2026

Visibility & alerting

Automated production smoke tests, error spikes alerting, and nightly reconciliation reports so problems are caught before clients notice.

?

Post-deploy smoke test runner

Automated health and critical-path checks (auth, checkout, webhook) against the live URL. One command, red/green report.

?

Error spike alerting

Webhook to Slack or email when failed job queue grows beyond a threshold, or when webhook error rate spikes.

?

Nightly reconciliation report

Automated daily digest: revenue vs payments received, any order/webhook mismatches, and a summary of automation activity. Delivered by email.

MK5 April 2026

Revenue intelligence

Attribution, cohort retention, and smart audience presets — so every campaign is informed by real purchasing behaviour, not guesswork.

?

Campaign attribution

Track the path from campaign send ? ticket purchase. See open-to-buy conversion rate per campaign, not just delivery stats.

?

Cohort retention metrics

Which event types bring attendees back? Cohort analysis in the Analytics dashboard showing repeat purchase rates over time.

?

Smart audience presets

One-click segments: lapsed customers, high-value buyers, single-event attendees, tag-based groups. No manual filter building required.

MK6 Future

Platform scale

Tenant feature flags, background worker isolation, and platform-wide health dashboards — the things you need when managing dozens of clients.

?

Per-tenant feature flags

Roll out new features to specific clients before making them universal. Test in production with real data without affecting everyone.

?

Background worker isolation

Move automation jobs (reminders, drip, abandoned recovery) to isolated workers so a slow job in one tenant can't delay another.

?

Platform-wide SLO dashboard

Aggregate health across all tenants. Error rates, job queue depth, and checkout success rate per company — all from the platform admin panel.
